Newsletters: Include a short article and donation facts in your next newsletter.

Speakers: Coordinate a speaker’s forum with the help of the Florida Coalition on Donation. Hearing firsthand from those who have been touched by donation can make a world of difference.

Challenge: Educate your organization about donation and designate a day to show support by signing donor cards. Send a letter to other campus organizations and challenge them to do the same.

Dorm Storm: Post flyers on every door in every dorm. (Seek permission from the RA’s first.)

Campus Invasion: Spread out volunteers in groups of two throughout the campus. Approach as many people as possible. Explain that it’s campus invasion day and ask them if they have heard about the Get Carded program. Educate those who are unfamiliar. Give a small reward, such as a lifesaver™ candy to everyone you talk to.

Green Ribbon Day: The ribbon is worn to show support for donating life. Ribbons are inexpensive and easy to make. Establish a day to wear your ribbons and challenge other groups on campus to join you.
